- Disengagement triggers our greatest fear, this covert betrayal can feel crazy making, as we cannot pinpoint the source of our pain.

This 6 week intensive couples workshop will explore of all this and more. Couples/Partners will work on courage, communication, drawing on each other’s strengths, and braving the arena of their world by being cultivating vulnerability and authenticity. Couples/Partners will learn the value of cultivating love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be seen and known. And also when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from the offering of trust, respect, kindness and affection in the relationship. In the weekly sessions, you will explore different modules, work on exercises and create space for meaningful conversation. You will also learn tools that will help you in continuing to build on an on-going partnership based on your shared/ as well as inherent values and confidence as a team. (6 weeks, 1:30 minutes each week.)

This work is based on Brené Brown’s life long research in wholeheartedness will be bring about our awareness all the choices that unfurl in front of us during those moments of discomfort and hurt, and to explore the consequences of those choices. The process of RS is based in the process and the rules of engagement are –
- If we are brave enough often enough, we will fall; this is the physics of vulnerability;
- Once we fall in the service of being brave, we can never go back
- This journey belongs to no one but you, however, no one successful does it alone
- We’re wired for story
- Creativity embeds knowledge so that it can become practice and we move what we’re learning from our heads to hearts through our hands

This 10 week intensive individual workshop will explore all of this and more. Each weekly session will consist of couple of modules wherein you will go through specific exercise and it’s a completely experiential process. (10 weeks, 1:30 minutes each week,)
